Our products are sent to you using Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS) to your designated delivery addresses.

Items ship from our warehouses and usually arrive within 3-7 business days of receiving your order. Made-to-order products usually take much longer (15-30 business days or even more).

Orders placed before 5pm ET for in-stock merchandise are processed the following business day.

On holidays, there might be some delay with your delivery due to the increased volume, and we therefore highly recommend that you place your orders as early as possible to ensure timely delivery.

We currently offer two shipping options:

Front Door items shipping from our warehouses usually arrive within 3-5 business days upon receiving your order. Some, especially made-to-order products may take longer. Items ordered together may arrive in separate boxes. You will be able to track all the details from the tracking number shared with you after you place your order. We will also notify you via the email provided by you when each item has shipped / arrived.

Standard shipping is offered for free when your order exceeds $100 for non-members, and $50 for Netbors members. Otherwise, a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply.

Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are delivered by USPS with an additional charge of $20.

The standard shipping charges apply to orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses, but the shipping time will be significantly longer (usually within 4-6 weeks).

We also offer expedited shipping with an extra charge of $20 per address. The expedited shipping usually takes 1-3 business days. For Netbors members, if your order exceeds $500, we will waive this extra shipping charge as an exclusive member benefit.

Please note that we are unable to provide expedited shipping to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, and US territories.

For custom-designed / made-to-order products, expedited shipping option is available, but only after we receive the merchandise. You will be able to track the entire made-to-order process via the order number shared with you after you place the order.
