*You can cancel your order online within 12 hours after it is placed. Please check search for the order and look for the “Cancel the Order” button in your order details. You may also contact our customer service at support@netbors.com if you need to make any changes to your order within 12 hours after it is placed.

*If you plan to ship items to multiple addresses, we would highly recommend that you place the items to purchase in the Wish List, and then add them one by one to the shopping cart to complete the ordering process separately for each address.

*Prices are subject to change due to a variety of reasons. The prices of items in your shopping cart represent the current prices for which you will be charged.

*Unfortunately, made-to-order items are not eligible for returns & exchanges.

*We usually offer two shipping options – standard and expedited shipping. Respective shipping fees and estimated delivery time are as follows:

*We adopt a flat rate shipping fee, meaning that, regardless of your total purchase value or total number of items purchased, our standard shipping cost is always $15 (or FREE if you are a member and have a minimum $50 purchase value), and that of expedited shipping is an extra charge of $25 (or FREE if you are a member and have a minimum $500 purchase value per order).

*Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping could be completed within 1-3 business days. During holidays, it may take longer due to increased volume, so please plan in advance and place the order as early as possible to avoid holiday delay.

*If you wish to place an order now but delay its shipment to a later date/a designated date, please do so through our customer service at support@netbors.com. One of our sales associates will be more than happy to assist you.

*Yes, we can ship items to a PO box address, however, only using standard shipping. Expedited shipping is not available for PO box addresses.

*Yes, Netbors items can be shipped to an APO/FPO address, and standard shipping rate applies. We currently do not offer expedited shipping option for APO/FPO addresses.

Please also note that the delivery time for APO/FPO addresses will be significantly longer (usually 4-6 weeks).

*Unfortunately, we don’t ship to foreign countries (except for Canada) currently. We will keep you updated as Netbors expands our global reach.

*Yes, we ship to Canadian addresses, however, the flat shipping rate is for US domestic destinations only. If you plan to ship to a Canadian address, please contact our customer service at support@netbors.com, and our support staff will help you estimate the shipping cost based on your order information.

Your personal information, including device and order information, is generally used to help screen potential risks/fraud to our website, to optimize our website usage experience, and/or to fulfill any orders placed through our website.

*Once you've enrolled in our Netbors' reward program, you can accumulate points on any purchases on our website.

*You get 5 points for every dollar you spend on our website. That is, 500 points for every $100, and it is equivalent to $5 in cash.

*Reward codes may be redeemed on qualifying purchases using your Account on our brand website. Rewards may not be exchanged for cash or any Gift Cards, or to pay for any services offered on our brand website.

*Your account balance will be updated 48 hours after purchases or shipment.

*30 days after earning $10 or more in rewards, a reward code will be sent to your email box. It will also be available on your rewards dashboard on our brand website.

*Your rewards will remain valid for 12 months after the date when it is being issued. The expiration date will be included in your reward account on Netbors' website.

*If you return merchandize, the equivalent points will be reduced from your reward point balance.
