Return Policy
We currently offer free returns within 30 days on most items:
- You can return eligible items within 30 days of your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.
- Eligible returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment only.
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the purchased amount, and the credit will be reflected in your Reward Balance.
- For returns of items purchased from your Netbors’ registry, refund will be provided in the form of a Merchandize credit to be added to your Reward Balance.
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.
- Final sale items & made-to-order / customized items cannot be returned.
- Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustment.
- Delivery Fees are non-refundable.
- Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will notify you when the refund has been initiated and completed. It may take another 3 to 5 business days (or even longer depending on the payment method you used for the purchase) for the refund to appear on the original form of payment.
Ineligible Items
- Items without an original gift receipt
- Monogrammed items
- Made to Order / Customized items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Final sale items
